MEET THE COACH: GLENN HERSCHBERGER
Cohesion Leadership Coaching understands the power of knowing yourself and your wiring. Glenn will work with you on setting and reaching personal and professional goals to be the best version of you. Glenn worked in law enforcement for 24 years and established multiple police chaplaincy programs in Wisconsin. Glenn has been a part of church plants in several communities in Wisconsin and internationally. In 1999, Glenn planted Real Hope Community Church in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. After eleven years God called Glenn and his wife Susan to serve as Converge missionaries, church planting to start an international church in Panama City, Panama. They launched an English-speaking church called LifeBridge International Church in 2011. Glenn served Converge Great Lakes as the Director of Church Planting from 2017-2024 assessing, training and guiding a church planting movement in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula. In 2021, he planted Cities Cop Church in the north Twin Cities area to reach First Responders and their families. Glenn is a professional leadership and life coach and has extensive training with multiple coaching tools.
Glenn's certifications include Masters in Counseling from Luther Rice, Certification in DISC, Intercultural Development Inventory, Leadership Portrait, Portrait Predictor, Prepare and Enrich and Auxano. He is a certified in coaching by the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, and a member of the International Coaching Federation. In his free time Glenn enjoys cycling, hiking and snowshoeing with his wife. He loves spending time with his 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
